The gym helps raise your physical fitness level as it absolutely pushes you to your limits in short, explosive, high-intensity workouts. The typical session at Potens sees the entire class perform the same workout together. At the end of the workout, each individual's performance is chalked out on the whiteboard. We're very competitive that way. We also create a senseof community and a highly motivating, supportive atmosphere that helps bring the best out of you.
